At Michelin Cook Book., we currently do not accept returns or process refunds on any items, including scratch-offs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that the refusal of delivery does not initiate a return or refund process, and you will still be responsible for the cost of the item.

Special Orders:
Items that are made to order or custom products are non-returnable.
We ship to any valid address, whether residential or commercial. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking details. A second email will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Temperature-Controlled Items:
Temperature-sensitive items, such as refrigerated or frozen products, are packaged with dry ice to maintain the correct temperature during shipping. Upon receiving your delivery, please place these items in the refrigerator or freezer immediately. Keep in mind that dry ice may dissipate during transport, and contents may shift in transit.
Processing and Shipping Times:
Standard items usually ship within 1 to 5 business days of order placement.
Specialty items generally ship within 9 business days.
Custom items typically take 4-6 weeks before they are ready to ship, and our customer care team will provide an estimated delivery time when the order is placed.
Pricing and Payment Terms:
Prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our website are subject to change without notice. The price for an item or service will be the price at the time of purchase, as stated in your order confirmation email. Any price increases will apply only to orders placed after the price change. All prices exclude taxes and shipping fees, which will be added to your order total at checkout.
We strive for accurate pricing, but occasionally typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Promotions and Discounts:
